Scott Gawlik is an Emmy nominated producer and the founder of Crazy Cow Productions. He has an extensive background in production and post-production, including work with Technicolor. He has traveled around the world shooting documentaries, music videos, and television. Recent accomplishments include being director on the comedy central special Dave Attell: Road Work, The Monkees: Live in Palms Springs, Nick Dipaolo: Another Senseless Killing, as well as multiple international television spots. Scott is the associate producer and editor of Green Day’s 2015 documentary Heart Like a Hand Grenade, and The Tommy Boyce/Bobby Hart Documentary, The Guys Who Wrote ‘em. He has also created video wall content for a variety of musical talent, including The Monkees, Black Sabbath, Idina Menzel, and Busta Rhymes.

William Miller is Crazy Cow Productions’ Senior Producer and Chief of Business Acquisition & Development. Actively involved with shepherding projects from inception to delivery, William’s deep industry reach provides access to a roster of professionals who are able to help the company accomplish its creative goals. His recent credits include Mountain Dew/Black Label’s Gentleman of the Jacket, King’s Hawaiian integration / People’s Choice Awards, the Flexbelt commercials, VH-1’s Big in 2015, EIF’s Think It Up 2015, and the 75th annual Peabody Awards. William is also an associate director with the Directors Guild of America.

Jon Salmon is a cinematographer best known for his work on RocketJump: The Show, Video Game High School, Dude Bro Party Massacre III, and 5 Second Films. He has filmed commercials and branded content for Tide, Spotify, Nylon, Bud Light, Teen Vogue, Tresemmé, L’oreal, Spinmaster, and many others. Jon has also worked on political documentaries in Haiti, Equitorial Guinea, and Brazil, and his work has been featured at Sundance, SXSW, Tribeca, and Venice Film Festivals.

Johnny Madcap is music supervisor at Crazy Cow Productions, and has been a producer and songwriter in the music business for over 15 years. Raised in Los Angeles, Johnny's first band, Madcap, was signed to a record deal when Johnny was just 19 years old. The band sold 50,000 records, and toured throughout the world with Flogging Molly, Good Charlotte, Rancid, The Warped Tour, and many more. Though Johnny still plays music, his passion has shifted to the production side. He has done sound mixing, scoring, and produced music for international tv spots and web-based content for companies like Spin Master Toys, Tresseme, CBS, and Broadway musicals.
